mesh problem

please i have a problem in my meshing in cfx.
whenever i make an inflation around fins these problems appear. can anyone help me. the problem is appearing when i update my mesh my modle is a rocket and i use layer compression as a collision avoidance when i make it stair stepping the errors are disappearing but i dont know the reason.
