CFX 5.5.1 and writing intermediate results

Hi !

Does anyone know how to write e.g. average velocity of simulation domain in the file ?

Did you mean you wanna export the file in .txt format. or .dat format? If it is, open your result in CFX-post and creat the plane or volume or point in the location you want and go to file/ export and then select the varibles, locations, and your file name you like to export the data into it. CFX will be export your data in dat format. good luck. ^_^ Jackie
