Hi, I have to model a fluid flow around a 3D missile in a wind tunnel. But some part of the tunnel wall is made up of preforated wall. Is it possible to model perforated part of the wall using CFX? If yes, which boundary condition must be used?

You have to define a subdomain in which a resistance is present (lineair or quadratic). Then you have to define the outlets a little further downstream, the thickness of the perforated wall to be precise.
