I saw your reply for a question about global length. you told it is square root of volume. If so, which cell volume, as this volume change from cell to cell

The volume of the entire mesh, hence the GLOBAL length scale.

Thanks to Robin & Shrinivas. When I simplied the volume, its clear that the "Global length" scale is the "cubic root of the Volume".

You should really calculate your own characteristic length scale appropriate to the problem, as the value calculated based on the cubed root of the domain volume rarely produces a value appropriate for the physical problem, the same for the time-scale also.
