I am running CFX5 in windows 2000,its very slooow,I thought I got the right spec when I got the machine,any one know how I can improve my run time ?

Hi strudl You have no told the specifications of your machine.I had done the performance comparison of CFX5 on Pentium-4 with 1.7GH processor and 1 GB RAM , and on Silicon Graphics onyx2 machine. CFX5 is approximately 5 times faster on Pentium-4 as compared to onyx2 unix based machine. So I think windows based PC performance of CFX5 is very satisfactory. I dont think why you are feeling it slower.
