How to analyise Palm Bio-Diesel in combuster.

Sir,
As my Masters Degree I want to analyse Diesel and Bio Diesel in combuster (Cylindrical in shape with air and fuel inlet from top) in ansys CFX . I have done it with diesel using pre-defined diesel variable in ansys cfx but how can i analyse Palm bio Diesel .Can i use UDF for that if yes please help how to do that as i am new at UDF. If anyone has udf file please share and help.Any Help will be highly appreciable.Also attached combuster geometry for your reference.
