Hello.
Please see attached a Mach-Num plot snipping I added. I am looking to reproduce something similar with CFX Post. I think it nicely distinguishes sub- and supersonic regions.
I know that these results were not calculated with CFX but some other software, so I am sure it is not originally post-processed with CFX. So it might acutally be impossible with CFX, but if someone knows otherwise, I would be thankful.

Thanks in advance.

You can edit and customize the color scale any way you wish.

You can even have two different contours, clip the ends in the options for the contour, and place the two legends with one above the other.

I have done this and added a third contour which is just a black line splitting the two contours.

Oh I see. Thank you both. I looked into Color Map but didnt realize to which extend I could edit it.
Thanks!

Update: in case anyone wonders how my result in cfx looks, I added my take on it.
As suggested I crated a new color scale with black->blue reaching from 0 to 62.499% of the scale. White->orange goes from 62.5 to 100% as I want to have a scale from 0 to 1.6 Mach number and Mach = 1 will be at: 1/1.6 = 0.625. By correctly adjusting the number of contours in Countour Plot options one can achieve 0.1 steps in numbering and there it is.

I also tried the option with using two separate legends and putting them close, but I find that troublesome. There are two problems there: They have to be overlapped to look like "one" scale. Doing this and using ANSYS print picture option shifts the scale and some text overlaps unintentionally. Also: when using 2 legends, they have to be of different lengths (because they span different amounts of numbers), which is only achieveable by changing the size parameter. That in return changes the font size, which could be adjusted, but its a lot of trouble to go through to overlap the corresponding tick (1.00 in this case).
