Hi All
I have a CAD geometry wich is of 20 m span length but since I cant simulate that big one I need to scale it to 20cm so that I can still see the effects !! Could someone help me on this ? How can I achieve this in Ansys Geometry or Spaceclaim ? Thanks in advance. |

We not simulate the real size? Everything would be the same as the scaled version, mesh size would just be larger. You will introduce errors scaling. Even is you are perfect with you Pi groups and dimensional analysis, which would be difficult to get right.
You can scale in design modeler (Create >> Bdy Transformation >> Scale) and in CFX Pre. |
