Hello everyone,
I have got an URANS Simulation consisting of around 2000 Timesteps.
The Blades are modelled with a SS,PS and Tip Surface.
Now I want to get to analyze the Tip Leakage Flow somehow.

My plan was to put a surface into the gap which extends either PS or SS and get the massflow normal to the surface, but I can not manage to put a surface into the gap.

Has anyone got an idea how to realize this?

What is SS? Stainless steel?
What is PS? Polystyreen?

Please be clearer and at least add a figure............

Do you have an interface at the tip surface? TurboGrid creates one automatically. You can just evaluate the massflow through that interface.
Please share more information about your setup (maybe screenshots of the blade and the gap) and your ccl-file.

That's probably suction side and pressure side of the blade

I have a lot of experience with CFX, but not necessarily with tubomachinery. So please avoid jargon.

I think is will be very easy to do what basti_ wants, but without any picture it is hard to determine what he really wants.

Exactly, pressure/suction side.

Unfortunately, there is no interface. It is basically a blade, modelled by putting together the SS/PS surface with the tip surface on top. The shroud above the tip doesn't have any dedicated zone either.

Due to secrecy policies y can not post any pictures/code

is it a rotating blade? Is it a stationary setup?
If it's a secret project, I'm sure there's enough money to ask for professional help then.... Or just ask Ansys support

You should:
1) create a plane based on point and a normal.
2) Use Plane Bounds, and select Rectangular (or Circular) to reduce the size of your plane, such that it fits the area of interest.
3) use your plane in the calculator to determine the massflow through this surface
