Combined erosion (cavitation+silt) problem tubine by ANSYS-CFX..possible?
 
To all CFX users,
Can CFX simulate the hydroturbine that have 3 phases involved? 1. solid particle . 2. water as continuous phase. 3. water vapor to see the effect of coupled three phases model in turbine.

I am using ANSYS CFX and can simulate two-phase both solid-liquid and liquid-vapor phase but I couldn't find any multiphase models which can be simulated 3 phases model. In CFX, at the same time as treating solid particle with Eulerian model in one simulation??
Actually, I want to check the effect under combined erosion (cavitation+sand/silt).

Yes, CFX can do this. I understand there are some restrictions but I don't know that level of detail. Give it a go and see how it works - and carefully validate and verify your work before using the results.

You might be able to use the water-steam-EOS. This allows you to model liquid water and steam as a system in equilibrium. Depending on pressure and temperature, the equilibrium can shift to more steam and less water, or vice versa.
Remember the system assumes equilibrium in each numerical element. As such the mass transfer is assumed infinitely fast, which might be an acceptable assumption in your case.
