Fitting casing treatment on rotor

2 Attachment(s)
Hi,
I am using bladegen to design a rotor blade row where a type of casing treatment will be attached to the rotor (image 1). I used straight lines to define the space required to attach casing treatment later. However, when I import the geometry to turbogrid or ICEM, the straight lines become curved (image 2), so the casing treatment does not fit the space perfectly. Any idea what I should do to keep their shapes as shown in bladegen? Thanks!

I forgot to upload a screenshot from CFX-Pre. Due to the change of shroud curve a gap arises between the casing treatment and the rotor.
Does it affect the result?
