error in surface tetmeshing -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

jemteo Guest Posts: n/a	Hi, I've imported a IGES geometry and created a surface mesh of a rectangular box as my flow domain. subsequently i imported an .stl file and tried tet meshing to fill up the inbetween spaces with tetrahedrals. i've encountered this problem ERR 3103 : EDGE 19927 9141 INTERSECTS WITH EDGE 13847 638 ERROR:3103 - Two edges intersect in surface mesh is there anything i can do to rectify this and facilitate my meshing? thanks
