Animation file

I am working on transient simulations using CFX 4.4 in UNIX. I want to make animation file which can be payed in Windows operating system. Right now, I am able to maek a file in .P format which only AVS tran can play.

Also, how can I control the frame rate per second ?

Any help will be appreciated.

Re: Animation file

Kevin,

This was very hard to do in Visualise. I recall someone creating a script to increment the time step and write out a jpeg file for each frame (manually, this is a pain), then using a third party software to create the mpeg animation. SGI has a MovieMaker that will do this.

Alternatively, if you can get ahold of CFX-Post (CFX-5.6 or later) it will read your CFX-4 files and generate the animations from right within the interface.
