Spray drier model
 
If anybody can explaing what the spray drier model means, that would be great.

Assuming your talking CFX-4, the spray drier model simply attributes some moisture to each particle. As the particles travel through the domain, the moisture will be removed and the mass of the particle reduced until the particle either leaves the domain, or is reduced to it's base solid component (dry).

It is possible to use the spray drier model to evaporate liquid droplets, in which case the moisture content is 100%, and the particle will just disappear when the mass reaches nil.
