Error message in ICEM CFD 5.0 - CFX

Good day, did anyone encounter with this problem (it's a part of log file):

16,000,000 tetrahedra

Assertion failed: cells != 0, file cell_base.C, line 1053

abnormal program termination Application is finished. Error: tetra didn't create Y:/

What is the reason of that error?

may be, but I'm not sure. I have worked with larger models and it was OK.
