Convergence difficulty in modeling evaporation

Does anybody have the experience of modeling water evaporation?

I have tried to model water evaporation in CFX5.7. but when the diameter of water particle is large than 100micron, Convergency is straight forward; but when the diameter is 30micron, the convergence is very difficult, and almost impossible. Does anybody know why it is, and how to get convergence?
