Hello, Is it possible to import data from specific txt file to ansys cfx pre automaticaly? I want this process to be repeated in every cfx pre update in case of the data in txt being changed. I tried session record, but every time i play this session it keeps the same input data no matter if i change txt data.

You might need to run the CFX-Pre/CFX-Solver loop in a batch file. This will allow you to update the session file and txt file when you iterate.

mr ghorrocks, i used backround runwb2 with script. However, i would like to ask you another question. Is it possible and how to enable parallel parametric solving. I mean to solve more than one design point parallel. Can i do this in workbench gui interface? Because my script just opens workbench updates design points and saves workbench in backround.

If you are doing it in workbench then use parametric modelling inside workbench. If you are scripting it then do it using the CFX solver stand alone (ie outside of workbench) and then you need to script all the actions directly.
