nick.l.thomas is on a distinguished road
On my project I've changed the name of the different system cases I'm working on. However, when I go into my files (for example, ...dp0/CFX1/CFX) the cfx files (and .def if I choose to export) are still saving under the old name. Is there a way I can fix this?

You appear to be looking in the working directory of workbench. You have no direct control over what is done here as users are not intended to be using these files.

If you want direct control of the def and cfx files you should use CFX in stand-alone mode.
