Along with Thermal Phase Change Model, the two resistance model has to be used. This states that, heat transfer coefficient is estabilished to determine the heat from the interface to the gas and the liquid.

My simulation consists of water-steam boiling ( superheated steam in liquid). I´m using the Hughmark correlation for the continuos phase (liquid water). I would like to know if someone knows, or has idea where I can find, the typical Nusselt number values or heat transfer coeffcient for steam ( disperded phase). Or in other words, typical values for a spherical particle.
