Yes, we can help you. But you need to tell us what you are trying to do first.

Screen dumps of CFX-Pre are not very useful. Please attach:
* Your output file
* an image of the flow you are getting
* an image showing what you expect to get
* an explanation of what the problem you are getting is.

Turboexpander
GAS: Helium
Inlet :Temperature(40.012K) Static pressure 9.6 bar
Outlet: Flow rate(17.5g/s)

I want to simulate the efficiency of the rotor expander.

My calculations always don't converge. Can I use the ideal helium gas as the flowing gas?

Not converged: See FAQ https://www.cfd-online.com/Wiki/Ansy...gence_criteria

Can you use Helium? Yes, you can use any fluid you like.

Why the temperatures and pressures rise during the expansion process? Shouldn't it be a continuous decline?

I have no idea. When faced with an unexpected result you should check what you are doing, do a validation and verification of your results to ensure your simulation is accurate and if all that still says the unexpected result is present then start thinking about whether you have learnt something new.
