Hi; How is the capability of TASK-flow to model cavitation. Fluent6.1 apply an accurate cavitation model but very difficult to get a numerical convergency. For example we can not get a converged solution to model cavitation in separation zone of a backward step. Or we can not include noncondensable gas injection in cavitation model. We can only include water liquid and water vapor!!! thank you ROOZBEH

Hi; Thanks for your reply. But what do you mean? Is TACKflow capable to capture cavitation due to ultrasonic waves? I think that Fluent can not model this type of cavitation. Can we include a 3th phase like a non-condensable gas to cavitation model used by TACKflow? Thank you. ROOZBEH
