Hello CFX users,
I'm using energy equation with CFX, and I would like to know some precisions about its timescale. I know how the solver calculate it automaticaly. But as I want (and I need) to set it myself in order to accelerate the convergence, I have the following questions that I couldn't find answers in the help: what does the timescale represents physically? how is it introduced in the energy equation? how the solver use it exactly? which connexion has it between the different iterations? If I increase it, the convergence is faster: so can I increase it hugely? Thanks if you have some ideas, Juan |

Lots of things are explain in the User manual. But I still don't understand how it is used by the equation?
