I've got the following error during a solver run:
----------------------------------------------------------- *** INSUFFICIENT MEMORY ALLOCATED *** Action required : Increase the integer stack memory size. If the situation persists please contact the CFX Customer Helpline giving the following details:- Requested space: 1876128 words Current allocated space: 7663238 words Current used space: 6092756 words Current free space: 1570482 words Number of free areas: 1 Details of error:- Error detected by routine MAKDAT CDANAM = SYM_ISMMNR CDTYPE = INTR ISIZE = 1876128 CRESLT = FULL ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. Message: Stopped in routine MEMERR ----------------------------------------------------------- For this run I was using a coarse mesh, and I'm sure I have more than enough memory. The message says to increase the integer stack memory size; I'm not sure what that means. Any advice will be welcome. Regards, Ari Guerrero. |

Hi,
In CFX-Solver, in the Define Run window check the Show Advanced Controls box. Then, on the Solver tab check the Detailed Memory Overrides box, and in the Integer Memory box insert 1.1x.If the error stil persists, increase that value to 1.2, etc. |
