Is there a way to use CFX's periodicity to model a tube bundle?.

Depends on the geometry of the tube bundle. Read the CFX documentation about periodic BC's, and do some tutorial examples using periodic BC's.

Just to help further, despite the periodics be a BC this is set in CFX in section Domain Interface.
