HI i have done transient analysis of a silencer.I have given total time as 0.15 seconds.I have taken 10 time steps.so time steps=0.015sec has been given. In static analysis it have been done 75 itretions.so it is finishing with 85 iterations. Now when i am post procesing results it gives only one time steps as final.Actually it should give 10 times steps from 0 to 0.15 sec.So why it has been happened?pls answer.Actually once in cfx 5.6 i have solved this it has shown me 10 time steps, but when i have taken in cfx 10 it is not showing .why it has been happened?i have also increased time steps from 10 to 75,but same thing has been happened?any body knows this.

My second query is that i want to visulize that velocity vectors are moving thru this domain. In earlier in which 10 time steps have been achieved in post process i have found that it has not given it in animation.so suppose i want to see that how velocity vectors are movind inside domain i.e. how flow is going then what should i do?

Are you sure you actually asked CFX to output the transient results? If you don't specify this, you will only be given the results from the last time step. James
