How CFX calculate TKE and Epsilon from intensity?

If only the turbulence intensity was given in the inlet, How CFX calculate the TKE and Epsilon, TKE=3/2*Velocity*Turb.Intensity? And how the CFX determine the turbulence length scale in the calculation of Epsilon? thanks. David.
