cfx-post (wrong radial velocity profile)
 

Hi,

I am currently working on a concentric annular flow (Laminar) and I got a parabolic (Radial) flow profile in the simulation:

However, when I plot the graph is cfx-post, I just get a straight line (not the parabolic profile).

I have specified the normal speed (0.04 m/s) at the inlet boundary condition and the static pressure (0 Pa). I have attached more screenshots to make the problem clearer to understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

Are you sure you have enough points on your graph? Looks like you need more points. Lots more.
