Hi there,

We are planning to model the high density Circulating Fluidized bed using any of commercial CFD models. In this Forum, I would like to know, what is the capabilities/limitations of CFX to model such kind of high solid volume fraction gas - solid fluidized flow.

Can anybody provide some details on the comparison of CFX and Fluent to model such CFB flow using multiphase models.

Your input are very valuable to us. Thank you very much for your time and efforts.

Umesh
