Hellow.

I want to know that CFX-10 supports Fedora core 4 Linux.

Must I use other Linux?

I don't think they already support FC4 but I don't see a reason why it won't work. For instance, I run CFX-10 on SuSE 10, the latest SuSE release. It runs pretty well. All I needed to do is to replace an old library provided by CFX symlinking to the one already installed by the system (libgcc in my case).

If you have a good linux guru in your team that shouldn't be a problem at all for him to solve any installation issues you can find in newer distributions running with CFX-10.
