Default Regarding DES and LES.

I a musing fluctuating boundary conditionas at inlet .so i have to deal with DES and LES.CAN anybody tell me which varibles should be observed in DES.I have solced it with DES but i am facinbg diffficulty in post process that whetrhr my results are are correct or not? Thanking u all.
