CFX vs Fluent for transient

Is there a way to use second order upwind scheme for a transient LES model. I'm carrying out a comparison of previous work with Fluent and CFX, hence need to get as many variables the same as possible. I've carried out a model using central difference which gave lower values than for Fluent. I know that it is not possible to use first order upwind for this modelling.
