just go to ansys, new geometry ---> import external geometry file-----> click on ur file---> click on generate and ur catia model will be in ansys designer modeler..from there click on project ..and there start meshing as usual

hope this will be useful

Why not utilize ANSYS Workbench - create a new Project, link to your CATIA file (or assembly); then mesh with CFX-Mesh and then input into your CFX workflow?
