Supersonic Inlet Boundary Condition

Dear CFD Online Community,

We are working on the simulation of a centrifugal compressor of high RPM where the inlet Mach number could reach a unity. I would like know if ANSYS CFX can handle the supersonic nature of the flow at the inlet of the compressor and I am not sure which options should be used for this purpose.

In order to obtain a stable and high accurate supersonic compressor performance CFD results, what would be the recommendations for the mesh quality, boundary layer refinement, turbulence model, boundary conditions robustness, convergence tips and solver type of ANSYS CFX.

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards.

Question is too common. Yes, CFX can calculate high Mach flow.
