Solver failed with a non-zero exit code of : 2

Hi,

Iam working on fire hydrant valve to calculate the pressure loss in CFX. while running the setup iam getting an error message stating "Solver failed with a non-zero exit code of : 2"

At the inlet Mass flow rate is set as 8.5 kg/s and outlet is static pressure with relative pressure as 1 atm.
