error in simulation?

Default error in simulation?

hi, i have a certain flow rate and im doing a transient flow simulation for a certain timespan.

my resultant vol of fluid should be flowrate*timespan right? i do not see to get this result.

i'm doing multiphase flow into a enclosed container.
