Default solidification and fluid flow modelling

Dear all:

How to use ansys cfx10.0 to simulate solidification and fluid flow?I would appreciate if anyone can give me some advice.

It was said that just CEL can set up the modelling,Is it true?I am not good at FORTRAN language. Thanks in advance.
