Would anybody comment my grid ?

Hello everybody. I am inexperienced in making Grids with TurboGrid. So i want to know, if somebody would be so friendly to have a look at my Grid and give a few commentars on it. So i could learn what i have to improve etc... We could maybe exchange the file by email ?

Post some screen shots to stir the natives enthusism. Its not called Colourfull Fluid Dynamics for nothing ...
