" ****** Notice ******"-----what it mean???

Wall Heat Transfer Coefficient written to the results file uses "Wall Adjacent Temperature" for the bulk temperature. If you want to override the bulk temperature then set the expert parameter "tbulk for heat tran coef = <value>"

when i start a computation, which is come out,why it come out?

It means that the variable "Wall Heat Transfer Coefficient" written to the results file uses the "Wall Adjacent Temperature" (i.e. the conservative value of temperature of the control volume next to the wall) for the bulk temperature. You can override this behavior and use a single bulk temperature for the HTC, then set the expert parameter "tbulk for heat tran coef = value", where the value is the desired temperature in the solver units (usually Kelvin, unless otherwise specified).
