Hello.

I have converged solution of a specific mass flow rate and speed but I want to run the simulation at different speed and mass flow rate.

How can I use previous converged simulation as input to solve other conditions so that simulation converged faster? Thank you.

Opaque will become famous soon enough
Use it as an initial values file.

The initial values file does not need to have the same setup as the new simulation. If the operating condition is not too far off the previous one, the residual will jump and it should converge after some iterations

Do I need to export it in some format and then use it as initial condition?

Nope..

cfx5solve -def <my new run>.def -initial-file <my old run>.res

Hey, I am using GUI, not the command line. I am new to CFX.

Check the initial values tab in the UI when submitting the simulation, i.e. Execution Control

You could either mention the path to the initial result file in CFX Pre or in the CFX solver.

I usually do the initializing in the solver. Once you Define a run, the first tab is run definition and there tick the 'Show advanced controls'. This gets you access to 'initial values' tab. The rest, you should be able to figure out.
