Uninstalling ANSYS leftovers problem

I've uninstalled the ANSYS Student 2020 R1 version from my Windows 10 laptop using the unistall in the Start menu. However, the ANSYS Elastic Client remains and I cannot delete it. Even after uninstalling ANSYS a directory at C:\Program Files\ANSYS Inc still is on my laptop.

Anyone know how to 100% get rid of all ANSYS features during the unistall?
