Error in CFX Meshing

Leonardo Guest Posts: n/a	Hi guys, I'm making a model of cooling panel for a Cooper Smelter.The Geometry is a plate very flat. Into de panel there are seven water feed pipes of 3/4'' of dìameter. When I try to mesh this geometry ( 4 meters of height, 1 meter of width and 40 mm thickness) appears a Internal error, "Wrong connectivity", What means this???
