Hi, Does anybody know why there is a difference in no elements in ICEM Mesh File and after importing it in CFX Pre. I am doing Hexa Meshing and when i am generating mesh in ICEM ,it gives me Around 6 Millions and in CFX pre it is around 5.99Miliion. Why it is so?

ICEM CFD will include the shell (2D) elements in it's number, whereas CFX is only including the 3D elements.
