What if the Contact Connection in the Mesh is suppressed and it been solved using the physics. For meshing of two different bodies which one is better Group or Merge? I would like to have conformal meshing around the multi bodies.

Why not try it by yourself and see what will happen? I think that no one will make a test model and do these steps for you.

If bodies are in the same part then Ansys Meshing will try to create conformal mesh but this may be challenging, sometimes.

The mesh translation to Fluent failed due to non-conformal, duplicate, or degenerate mesh elements.

A. I tried to reduce the mesh size, increasing the number of division.
B. I am using Bottom Up Approach, Initially I use the Edge meshing and then Mesh Meshing.
C. I check if there is extra face or volume created in Space-claim. But Error Doesn't change.
D. I have multi body which I have merge using shared topology in Space-claim. Do you I think there is any issue.
E. My body is fluid volume extract.

Still I am getting similar error!

I'm familiar only with DesignModeller, I do not use Spaceclaim.
Better to ask this question in Ansys meshing forum. Moreover you try to import mesh into Fluent but this is a CFX forum, not Fluent.
