Regarding holes in Tetra mesh

I am new to icem i am doing meshing of condenser, in which lover type of fin arrangment.when i do tetra mesh then i find some portion on fins in which there is no meshes or holes types. how to remove that holes , if i do manually then it gives surface orientation problem and volume also. kindly help me.

Get your topology fixed. You have a leaky surface set.

there are also surface hole fixing capabilities in ICEM, but I rarely use them as I correct the geometry in UG
|

You could also try specifying a smaller mesh size on the louvers/fins. Sometimes the mesher has a difficult time resolving both sides of features that are very close together.
