BOUALOUACHE is on a distinguished road
hello,
freinds please i need some help )
i want to simulate heat transfert in a rectangular cavity ,
one of the forces considered in the flow modeling needs a random coefficient during the simulation,
for that, i have used the integration of fortran with ansys method, using a subroutine to generate random numbers.
when i run the CFX solver i get a returned code 1 caused by an error #001100279 SUBROUTINE ERRACTION , specified procedure not found ( i have attached a screen shot)
so, am i in the right way to have the random coefficient for the force expression?.
how can i correcte this CFX solver error?
waitng for your answer ,
greetings

ghorrocks is just really niceghorrocks is just really niceghorrocks is just really niceghorrocks is just really nice
Your screen shot suggests there is a problem with your fortran.

Remember that with CFX, one error will often lead to another, and then errors cascade from there. The only important error is the first one, as that is the one which caused the whole cascade. All the other errors can be ignored.

i'have used visual studio to generate the DLL file of the subroutine (which contains fortran libreries)
i understand that i have a problem with the DLL file ,so i'm working of the verification of the program and the dll file

Opaque will become famous soon enough
Have you verified the compiled subroutine, i.e. DLL is located in the path shown in the message?

Hi Boualouache,

Did you come up with a solution for your problem? I am currently facing the same issue as yours ("specified procedure not found").

Thank you for any help you can offer
