phase change of a dispersed fluid

Is it possible to model a phase change of a dispersed fluid? ie water dispersed in continous air to water vapour dispersed in continous air.

I have a tube carrying fast flowing hot air. 25m/s 510oC continuous fluid. Into this we are injecting dispersed water at 20deg C at the same velocity.

I have the model working nicely assuming that the water does not evaporate. We are injecting large amounts of water so the steam will very quickly condence back to water. So its effect on the global scale should be small. However it would be nice to model it correctly locally.

I work if to phase thermosyphons and have the same problem, but i think that donīt exist a model that previse tow phase change!
