Is the high resolution advection scheme a MINMOD TVD scheme?

Yes, it is in the TVD family if I recall correctly. Not sure about MINMOD however, I am not familiar with that one.

Note that CFX has several additional advection schemes available as CCL only, including some more TVD schemes. So if you want to run a specific advection scheme CFX probably already has it, but as a CCL only command.
