Can anyone explain what has happened here?

Hi, I'm really new to Ansys CFX, just tried to generate a mesh and noticed this. Can anyone explain what this is (image in google doc link)

I don't know what your question about the image is. Please note that geometry is rendered with facets, and the mesh is inherently faceted, so if you are talking about the overlapping edge features it is just the interaction between the mesh facets and the geometry rendering facets.
