Rotate MEsh

Hi to everyone . I want to rotate a wall of a gear(the gear is inside a gear pump), using cel expression, i think that is simpler that using fortran subroutine but i can't write the expression , i try to use a dynamic equation of a rotate point . There's somebody who can help me? Regards Elia
