Hey

I am a beginner in cfx, and have a general question!

"How is the easiest way to calculate the Lift and Drag on a profile (airfoil/bridge-profile) in cfx??? Can the program calculade these forces ect. directly or ???"

Can YOU help awnser this question, ogr give me direction to were I easily can find the awser to this (tutorials ect) I would be thanksful!

Hi Jesper,

You can calculate forces and torques using CEL expressions or the function calculator in Post. I suggest reviewing the CEL expression section in the doc in order to understand it's use.

As a side note, please be careful about your use of punctuation and ALL CAPS in your posts. Exclamation points and the addition of "???" to your questions implies a sense of urgency that is unnecessary and often interpreted to be rude. CAPITALIZING WORDS IS EQIVALENT TO YELLING!!!

What may be urgent and important to you is not urgent or important to others. Nobody is required to respond to posts in this forum and they do so voluntarily. Please respect this in the future.

I (and probably others) often avoid responding to posts written in this manner, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt this time.
